YNG is an innovative production house for heavy sheet metal fabricated products and Fasteners (Nuts). In our first facility, we are into the manufacturing of Heavy Fabricated components and sheet metal components for Agricultural Tractors Industry in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. In April 2006, we had setup an assembly line with all the tool room facilities in the land area measuring 1820 sqmt and covered area of 22000 sq ft. for the production of sheet metal and fabricated components (Front Axle Beams) and supplied the same to the leading Tractor company of India, The Sonalika Group. Further, in 2012, we have expanded and diversified into the production of Fasteners(NUTs) in Himachal Pradesh itself for which we are having a covered area of 27000 sq ft. on the land measuring 2000 sq mt with the setup of integrated and fully automatic Cold Forming machines (sourced from the best manufacturers of Taiwan) have been put in place. We are currently manufacturing High Precision NUTS with the size range of M6 to M48 in our first phase of operations and plan to cover the size range from M3 to M72 in the years to come.

Yashoda Nand Gupta

YN Gupta, founder Chairman of YNG STEELS LIMITED (formerly known as YNG SEAL CO LIMITED), has been very instrumental in bringing the company where it stands today. He started the company with a vision for it to be listed in the stock markets and bringing the value on money for stakeholders. Having strong PR skills, Mr. Gupta has faced all the challenges head on and with great zeal and enthusiasm. Currently, he is actively monitoring all the work groups under the umbrella of the company. Because of his rich experience in the industry, he extremely good at creating the profits out of competitive selling prices by reduction in the cost of the components and process betterments. Having rich project implementation skills, Mr. Gupta aims to set up the production line for cold forming components at different locations in India.

Rajesh Aggarwal

Rajesh Aggarwal, has been appointed as Director of YNG in August 2014. Mr. Aggarwal is graduate in Commerce and a man of finance control. Highly influential with respect to his cost cutting measures in reducing high interest debts and project funding from various financial institutions.

Tanuj Kumar Gupta

T K Gupta, was appointed to the Board of Director of YNG in 2006. Mr. Gupta, a graduate with a Bachelor's degree of Technology, is enthusiast about his work. He is actively looking after the operations of the manufacturing plants and the overall company objectives. Mr. Gupta is highly dedicated and motivated towards customers satisfaction, particularly, with regard to value for money and the quality of the products delivered. To attain the same, he regularly interacts with the product development team and ensures a regular review for the production process control. Being highly affectionate with the associates, he believes in working together as a team and as a family.
